In answer to the above question, you can't! However, you can create an alternative (alt) character and start from the beginning. You will need a new Bethesda account (to back up the game), and a new Google Play/Apple Game Center account to choose when you start the game. There are tutorials on Reddit if you have problems (though it has become much easier now), or join Discord and ask experienced players.
