Bethesda made 200 gems available for 2 hours on Sunday 14th. This was advertised in Discord (another good reason to use Discord). If you missed this, and did log into the arena at the correct time for the FFA (note, Bethesda will have your character's records), you can lodge a ticket at the Bethesda help site https://help.bethesda.net/#en/home
